AI, markets, technology, climate, talent: much is changing at once, and faster than we are used to. Most companies do not lack good strategies. They fail in execution. The stumbling blocks are many: interfaces, growing complexity, management levels that do not lead adequately or pull in the same direction, and the way people react to change.
This is exactly where I come in. Since 2008, I have been supporting managing directors and leadership teams in mid-sized companies and international corporations in making their organisations future-ready. With leadership that combines performance and humanity.

What drives me / Who I work with
Alongside politics and civil society, companies hold one of the biggest levers for a future worth living. Making this lever effective, in a way that is both commercially successful and responsible, is my mission and my motivation.
